How I can improve my objective?
I have a bad shot, and I'm very bad at sports and games based on the objective, darts and basketball. Heck, I miss the paper only three feet with crumpled paper balls a few times! Not feeling well, after missing the goals / baskets / holes and again. People who know me say I have bad hand-eye coordination and spatial estimation, and nothing can be done about it, naturally innate. However, how I can improve my chances of hitting the target? Is it a deficiency in vitamins minerals? Can only improve by practice and determination?
All I know basketball. The practice is evident. However, the more you practice, do it right.! Do not shoot from the chest and the way to start. REMEMBER that when used to shoot with my chest. Then, little by little I realized how I looked weird when i shoot, that's when I started learning. Remember, you almost use your wrist to shoot! Also, I learned, but I still havent used this much, you must shoot with your fingers. Palm of your hand usually shouldn't play the ball.
